[PENNMUSH] @wcheck/all suggestion

Hi Boris,

>From the help-file, I think that @wcheck/all does the same as the automatic 
warning check which is run at intervals - it notifies owners of objects they 
own with warnings (rather than notifying the wizard typing the command of 
all warnings on all objects). So if you log in your builder char and do an 
@wcheck/all from your other wiz, each character will see warnings for the 
objects they own.
