[PENNMUSH] @wcheck/all suggestion

Hello folks!

I was building last night and logged in my builder character (a wizard). I
was surprised to see a ton of warnings as  I had been using another wiz
player to @wcheck/all and hadn't seen them.

If a wizard uses @wheck/all shouldn't that check //all// objects owned by
//everything?//
