Unfortunately, my WRT54GS router's hardware is v5. Between v4 and v5,
they reduced the flash memory capacity by half, and all the
third-party firmwares for WRT54GS that I know of don't support v5.

I ended up setting my MUSHclient to keep typing IDLE, and my SSH
client to keep sending NO-OP, but this will be annoying if I end up
having another TCP/IP application that doesn't have anti-idle support.
:( The 'right' way to fix the problem is really for the router to not
drop idle connections.
