[PENNMUSH] Alternate Ports

Jeff,
I've cleaned the code up and put it up at 
http://www.talvo.com/download.php?id=5&type=Tcl&file=1 . It needs the Tcl 
interpreter - if you don't already have it on the machine you want to run 
this on, you can install binaries from 
http://www.activestate.com/store/languages/register.plex?id=ActiveTcl for 
many platforms. Then just edit the hosts/ports at the top and run it, and 
you should be set.
