[PENNMUSH] Corrupt chatdb?

Yark! All of a sudden, I restart my mush (1.7.7p39) and get this:

If tried a couple of crude things (yanking the chatdb out of the 
directory to see what happens, etc.) with no luck. I don't mind losing 
my chatdb and starting over...is there a way I can create a blank 
substitute, just to get things running again?
