Accompanying the release of 1.8.2, the PennMUSH dev team has also moved to a
new bug and suggestion tracking system in place of jitterbug. You can continue
to send emails to pennmush-bugs at pennmush.org to make submissions to the
system. However, it is also possible to make submissions via the web interface
located at http://www.pennmush.org/dev/. It is recommended that you register
an account with the email address you intend to make submissions from, so they
can be properly assigned to you for review and modification from the web
interface.

After some modifications and additions have been made to the tracking system,
the ticket section will be much more open and accessible to the community.
These should be made in the relatively near future. However, until that time,
only ticket submission is allowed from the web interface, in addition to the
extra tools that are available such as the timeline, roadmap, and source
repository browser. Along with these web tools, the subversion repository will
eventually be opened to anonymous checkout access to the releases section, and
perhaps others.
