[PENNMUSH-ANNOUNCE] Small change to 1.7.7p6

If you haven't already downloaded 1.7.7p6 or the patch, ignore this.

If you have, or if you applied the patch in the last email,
you may have a failed hunk for 'restart', or you may find that
restart has been patched to have 'flags.cnf' in place of your
the name 'mush.cnf' in the CONF_FILE definition.

This is a mistake - you still want your same .cnf file defined in there.
Ignore the failed hunk (or edit your restart script and put your
mush.cnf back, if the hunk didn't fail).
