ljust()/rjust() fill limitation nonsense.

Description

Heya,

It makes no sense for Center()'s fill to be beyond one char limitation and Ljust() and rjust()'s fill to be limited to one char. I mentioned this to Javelin and he agreed. I say fix this to where all of them have the same fill limitation that Center() does.
