Description

This is inspired by discussion on M*U*S*H the other day with Walker:

Please file a ticket for every bug fix and new feature... if if you then immediately commit the fix and close the ticket. This is just to give a better record of what's going on without having to do a svn log.

Exceptions for very trivial things: Typo fixes, trivial fixes of compiler warnings, and the like. Use common sense.
